Full proposal: Discharge of condition No.30 which stated "Prior to any refurbishment or demolition work to Nazareth House or the adjoining buildings a Pre-Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos survey shall be undertaken by a competent person with required knowledge and expertise in the field. The survey shall be distinct from an Asbestos Management Plan and shall involve the drawing up of a comprehensive scope of the proposed refurbishment and demolition work and shall be adapted to the specific requirements of the development works. The Pre- Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos survey shall be inclusive of all buildings on the site due for refurbishment and/or demolition as part of the development. A Pre-Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos report shall then be submitted for approval by the Planning Authority prior to commencement of any works. Appropriate advice and guidance with regard to the undertaking of a Pre-Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos survey and the production of an associated report shall be obtained from the Health and Safety Executive NI. Reason: To protect residential amenity" under previously approved Planning application LA11/2017/0358/F.
