Full proposal: Discharge of Condition 2 (D) which stated "The development of terraced residential accommodation along Bishop Street to provide 8 apartments on the site of the Nazareth House Chapel and 21 apartments on the site of the Nursing Home shall incorporate the following; d) The existing cross from the chapel shall to be reused and relocated to the communal garden area adjacent to the retained grotto - final location shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with HED: HB and the Council prior to works commencing on site. Reason: To protect the essential character and the setting of the listed building and the works proposed make use of traditional or sympathetic building materials and techniques which respect those found on the building and comply with policy BH11" and Condition 4 which stated "A suitably qualified conservation consultant shall be appointed to supervise all aspects of the works to the listed building for the complete duration of the project - contact details shall be forwarded to HED: HB prior to work commencing to the listed building. Reason: In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and comply with policy BH8 of PPS6" under previously approved planning application LA11/2017/0358/F.
