Full proposal: Proposed Discharge of Condition 2 on planning application LA08/2020/1530/F. Condition 2 states - No development shall commence until a full Construction Method Statement (CMS) is submitted to the Council. This should be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of construction to ensure effective avoidance and mitigation methodologies have been planned for the protection of the water environment. The CMS should detail proposals for the proposed culvert installation including mitigation measures to protect the surface water environment. The CMS should include reference to all best practice and environmental protection associated with the works. The appointed contractor must adhere to all the construction mitigation for the proposal as contained within the RSPB Supporting Statement dated November 2020.
