Full proposal: Proposed Virtual Learning Centre adjacent to the existing Machine Building Centre. Internal area is 850m2. A Single-storey building with Simulator Suite Exhibition Space Offices Classroom Conference Room and welfare facilities.The proposed VLC will create an environment for life-like learning that is cost-effective and accessible using Vehicle Simulators.The building will have a certification of BREEAM Excellent as a model for sustainable building in the rural environment and in line with CAFRE policy. In addition the building will have a Passivhaus Classic Certification.
