Full proposal: To develop a microhydro electricity generating renewable energy system (107 Kw) on the Six Mile Water in Dunadry. Electricity to be exported to the grid. It is proposed to use the existing weir and open channel millrace to continue the current abstraction regime from the Six Mile Water. A screw turbine will be installed in the open channel millrace near to where the flow is returned to the Six Mile Water (Further Information Received)
