Full proposal: Discharge of condition 1 of Planning Application LA02/2017/0353/F - "No cliff netting or wire mesh shall be used within the designated Gobbins ASSI unless agreed with the Council and NIEA in writing prior to the commencement of works in these areas. Detailed maps and annotated photographs identifying the extent of proposed cliff netting and wire mesh shall be submitted to the Council and NIEA prior to any agreement that any works can commence in these areas. Installation of cliff netting or wire mesh as agreed shall not take place without a competent ornithologist with knowledge of the Gobbins ASSI on site."
