Full proposal: Variation of Condition 7 of S/2003/0253/F to now read 'The housing development shall be in accordance with the layout design objectives set down in the 1:5000 scale Concept Master Plan Drawing No. 2293-050-03-OLP1-D date stamped received 21 February 2005 and shall be implemented in accordance with the Phasing Plan as indicated on Drawing No. 1941-050-02-OLP1-E date stamped received 27* April 2005. The Department requires that: - no more than 60 dwellings shall be occupied on Area G and 36 dwellings on Area E (as defined in the Phasing Plan) until Phases 1 and 2 of the roads scheme known as the North Lisburn Feeder / Prince William Roads extension is fully completed and operational. - no dwellings shall be occupied on Areas A B C D or F (as defined in the Phasing Plan) until Phases 1 and 2 of the roads scheme known as the North Lisburn Feeder / Prince William Roads extension is fully completed and operational. Reason - To ensure that the proposed development is properly co-ordinated with the provision of the necessary roads infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of the LAP 2001."
