Full proposal: The proposed NMC relates to a bin storage area which will remain in the approved location but will include a monopitched flat roof. The proposed flat roof will be hidden behind a parapet wall to three sides to ensure design change is minimal. The height of the proposed bin store will now be 3015mm to accommodate the flat roof.
