Full proposal: Discharge of Conditions: 13 & 15 13: A Final Construction Method Statement (CMS) shall be submitted by the applicant/approved contractor to the Planning Authority and Water Management Unit for agreement at least 8 weeks prior to works commencing. This should reflect and detail pollution prevention mitigation and avoidance measures as outlined within the CEMP (date stamped 05/04/2019) the Otter Activity Assessment (date stamped 05/04/2019) and all additional submitted information. 15: No development activity including ground preparation or vegetation clearance shall take place until a final Construction and Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The approved CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved CEMP unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
