Full proposal: Repairs of listed building including the removal and replacement of existing concrete balcony structure including steel supports and asphalt water proof wearing surface replaced with new reinforced concrete balcony and supporting steels on existing steel columns with watertight membrane and stone paving flags. Careful removal of metal balustrade to balcony and corroded external steel staircases replaced to match like for like to match existing. Replacement of existing fibre cement slates with Blue/Black Natural Slate.
