Full proposal: Discharge of Condition 3: Within one calendar month of this decision a landscaping scheme shall be submitted to and approved by the planning authority showing the roadside hedgerows to be retained and a new native hedgerow planted along the northern boundary of the site and behind visibility splays where replanting is necessary and allowed to grow a minimum height of 3m. The scheme of planting as finally approved shall be carried out during the first available planting season after the landscaping scheme is agreed. Trees or hedges dying removed or becoming seriously damaged within five years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and a native species unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
