Full proposal: As part of the planning permission informative no. 9 states `the developer is advised that for design purposes the soffit level of the bridge should be placed a minimum of 600mm above the 1 in 100 year fluvial flood level.The Q100 level at the site has been determined as +41.96 mOD. This allows for a bridge soffit level of +42.56 mOD. We therefore request a reduction in the minimum bridge soffit level from +43.20 to +42.56 mOD to be developed in detailed design. The bridge soffit level was set at a minimum of +43.20 mOD based on inaccurate and historic flood information.
