Full proposal: Refurbishment of the front slopes facing East of Lumen Christi College. Works to include the reslating insulation upgrades dormer timbers repaired the refurbishment of rain water goods the renewal of lead and copper details. All works to be completed using approved materials methods and to match existing. Single glazing within the dormers to be upgraded with slimlite double glazed planes.
