Full proposal: This section 54 application seeks permission to amend wording of condition 08 of previously approved development LA11/2018/0612/F a residential development of 35 new houses with landscaped open space centred around a 'village green' area. Amended the condition to read:- Prior to the occupation of any dwelling unit the developer shall submit to council and agree in writing details of the proposed Open Space Provider and the Open Space Agreement shall be entered into by the developer and the Open Space Provider for the development to manage the open space to be constructed as part of the development. The open space shall be managed and maintained in perpetuity by the Open Space Provider. Reason: To ensure successful establishment and ongoing management and maintenance (in perpetuity) of the open space and amenity areas in the interests of visual and residential amenity
