Full proposal: It is proposed to construct a building to house a new 33kV switch board within the existing substation compound. Two 33kV H-pole wooden structures shall be replaced by modern steel cable termination structures. A concrete retaining wall is to be constructed due to the difference in ground levels. A section of 2.4M. high palisade fence is to be installed to match the existing to secure the land ownership at the front of the substation. 6M. high floodlight columns are to be installed within the substation compound. Floodlight to be used during routine maintenance during winter months if and when required (09:00 - 17:00) and fault and emergency conditions
