Full proposal: This is a section 54 application to vary condition No.14 of Planning Appeals Commission planning consent 2014/A0180 for the Seegronan Extension Wind Farm located at Gortnagross Townland Magherakeel Townland and Meenamullan Townland Killeter Strabane Co. Tyrone. Condition No.14 states that "The permission shall be for a limited period of 25 years from the date on which the wind farm is first connected to the grid. Within 12 months of the cessation of electricity generation at the site or upon the expiration of this permission whichever is sooner all structures and access tracks shall be removed and all land affected by the development restored in accordance with a decommissioning scheme submitted to and approved by the Council prior to the commencement of any works or in accordance with any variation to the scheme to which the Council subsequently agrees in writing." We seek permission to vary planning condition No.14 to change the project's operational lifetime from 25 years to 30 years.
