Full proposal: Discharge of condition No. 11 of planning application LA11/2015/0640/F - which states 'Demolition work to the existing on-site buildings shall not commence until an asbestos demolition survey is carried out to locate all asbestos in the buildings. The applicant shall ensure that all asbestos identified during this survey is removed and appropriately disposed of by competent persons suitably qualified and licensed to do so prior to any demolition works being carried out. The applicant must also submit a copy of the asbestos demolition survey report to the Planning Department prior to commencement of any demolition work. Reason: To Protect Human Health'
