Full proposal: Discharge of Condition 5 from planning Approval (J/2006/0883/F) which states that: Prior to the commencement of work on site a Habitat Management Plan (HMP) encompassing the mitigation measures outlined in Environmental Information received by the Department on 24th August 2006 28th December 2007 and 22nd April 2010 shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Department. A report highlighting the achievement of the actions of the HMP shall be submitted to the Department 12 months after the site becomes operational and subsequently in years 3 5 and 10. Reason: To ensure that the development proceeds in a manner that provides for the conservation and enhancement of the local environment.
