Full proposal: Non material Change to that previously approved under LA11/2016/0397/F - During works to construct steps 2 an existing masonry retaining wall has been discovered. The existing wall is currently unstable and cannot safely retain the material behind it. There is a need to construct new retaining structures to safely retain material where required. HED have advised that the existing retaining wall is not to be removed and therefore needs to be protected during the proposed works
