Full proposal: A small portal framed building footprint 18mx10m by 7m high is to be erected on top of the existing yard to provide additional secure storage of non ferrous metals on site. Building will be located adjacent to the existing buildings on the site which includes an existing non-ferrous metal store used for the same purpose. The proposed building will be clad in a grey single skin roof & wall cladding with red flashing to match the existing building. A 2.5m high concrete wall will extend below the cladding to ground level. Drainage from the roof will drain to the existing storm system passing through the existing oil interceptor and attenuation lagoon.
