Full proposal: The main house was constructed in c1870 and B1 listed (HB Ref no: HB01/12/011A. The proposed works involve the demolition of an existing porch (4.8sq m) which is located in rear courtyard and is not visible from public view. This porch was added in 1988 and is of very poor construction. The proposed works also include the construction of a similar slightly larger lean-too structure to replace the porch and will provide a utility room and small entrance hall. The proposed extension will have a floor area of 8sqm
