Full proposal: Ballyarnett Country Park Masterplan proposes three new zones: 1. The play zone with play area a wetland garden small hub building adjoining paths & car park. 2. The eco zone with educational emphasis including eco building themed garden orchard allotments board walks in wetland area all with associated paths and car park 3. The outdoor activity zone that may attract social or private enterprise to develop downhill toboggan runs tree top climbs paintballing or other such activities. It is proposed that existing usages such as the GAA dog track the paddocks the woodland trust area and others are retaining with the proposal
