Full proposal: Proposed temporary (5 years) compound including two containers for equipment storage one portacabin for office classroom and meeting space and security fencing. The site will be used as an operational base by Erne Paddlers a registered charity during the redevelopment of the Lakeland Forum. Groundworks will consist of permeable geotextile and compacted stone. Solar-powered lighting will be installed. The facility is essential to maintain service delivery and public benefit for the duration of the Forum closure.
