Full proposal: Non Material Changes to application LA10/2016/1073/F as follows: 1) Change of colour for finishes from Moss Green to Goosewing Grey. 2) Change of digestor and storage tanks from circular to rectangular and relocation of tank farm to previously approved feedstock storage area. 3) Change from roof mounted biogas storage domes on digesters/storage tanks to fixed concrete roof with a ground mounted biogas storage dome. 4) Change from polythene covered feedstock area with an open feedstock feed mechanism to an enclosed off-loading feedstock mechanism equipped with docking seals and a small covered storage area.
