Existing wall extending along the southern boundary - It is proposed to demolish the wall to ground level and replace it with a timber close-boarded fence. 5. Existing 1800mm high facing brick wall to edge of open space along Woodside Avenue - It is proposed to return the proposed brick wall enclosing the rear garden to plot 1 to the edge of the public footpath.
