Full proposal: The project consists of the construction of a single storey Community Hub Building and associated infrastructure(Servicing/Road/Carparking/ext. Bin storage).The Hub Building will be a steel framed curtain walling and panelled construction and will comprise the following:-• 2 ‘Incubator ‘Units to provide serviced accommodation for start-up enterprises with capabilities for future mezzanine level insertions.• 1 ‘Studio’ for multi-purpose Community usage (for Clubs/societies)• 1 Gymnasium to serve Community/Clubs• 1 Centre manager’s officeEach will have standalone welfare facilities included in their footprints connecting to the Public Storm and Foul systems.It is the intention to design the Centre to BREEAM Excellent/Passivhaus standard. We will be including Photovoltaic panels on the roof
