Full proposal: Non material change to condition 13 on planning approval LA10/2018/0524/F (housing development) condition to read: No other development hereby permitted in phase 2 shall be commenced until the works necessary for the improvement of a public road (including provision of the ghost island turning lane) have been completed in accordance with the details outlined blue on Drawing Number 30 (a) F bearing the date stamp 11 October 2016. The Council hereby attaches to the determination a requirement under Article 3(4A) of the above Order that such works shall be carried out in accordance with an agreement under Article 3 (4C).
