Full proposal: Proposed development is to replace the existing two storey house adjacent agricultural shed and two storey stone barn with new build single dwelling house and two existing stone barns renovated as part of new court yard entrance to the new house. The new house will be orientated on a north south axis to maximise the solar/passive energy gain. The existing dwelling house is to be partially demolished and converted into a car port that links to the new house. The existing two storey stone barn which is structurally unsafe is to be completely demolished and the stone is to be reused for a plnth into the base of the new house
