Conditions 2 3 to be varied to allow additional time to carry out remediation work as detailed in agreed remediation strategy. Work to include retrofitting of a vapour resistant membrane to the floor slab of the two subject buildings with a layer of concrete screed over. Works also to include installation of a ventilation trench with periodic verticle ventilation pipes fitted along the length of the trench with wind activated rotating cowls.
