Full proposal: Discharge of condition number 20 in relation to Prior to the construction of the drainage network the applicant shall submit a final Drainage Assessment to be agreed in writing with the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network in a 1 in 100-year event with an additional allowance for climate change.
