Condition No 11 states: Prior to occupation of dwellings Nos. 129 130 131 132 133 134 135 136 137 138 and 139 a 1.8m high solid wall shall be erected along the boundary of the site as indicated on Drawing No. 04A date stamped 22nd July 2021.
