Condition states - The applicant on completion of the agreed remediation works referred to in the Phase II investigation report submitted as part of this application shall provide to Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council for approval prior to the operation of the development a verification report confirming that all works were completed in accordance with the agreed details and demonstrates the effectiveness of the remediation carried out in managing the identified risks. This should include suitable photographic and documentary evidence and as built plans showing the specific elements of the remediation scheme.
