Full proposal: Proposed Discharge of Conditions 28 30 35 36 and 41 on application LA08/2019/1663/F. Condition 28 states - Prior to commencement of operations hereby approved the applicant shall submit to the Council for agreement in writing a Tourism Management Plan. Condition 30 states - The development shall not become operational until a Venue Management plan which sets out details of how the development both inside and out will be managed daily has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and the approved details shall be implemented thereafter. Condition 35 states - Prior to the commencement of operations a Lighting Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. Condition 36 states - All external lighting shall be switched off at 10.00pm save for lighting required for security details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and thereafter implemented. Condition 41 states - An Operational Environment Management Plan (OEMP) shall be submitted in writing and approved by the Council prior to the commencement of any operations herein granted and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein.
