Condition 5 states - Prior to the turbine development hereby approved becoming operational the developer will provide the following information: a. The exact coordinates of the centre of the turbine in Irish National Grid Coordinates (easting?s and northing?s to 6 figures each) b. The level at the top of the base in relation to the ordnance datum/above mean sea level. C. The height of the hub to the centre of the blade shaft d. The blade diameter. Condition 7 states - Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved a scheme providing for the avoidance of shadow flicker at any affected residential receptors lawfully existing at the date of this permission shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The scheme shall be carried out as approved and shall be retained in perpetuity.
