Full proposal: Waste Management Facility. This application seeks to vary the wording of Condition No. 1 of LA08/2020/1101/F (as amended following applications N/2014/0585/F LA08/2018/0708/F LA08/2016/0047/F and LA08/2019/0708/F) which reads that the waste to be accepted at the facility hereby approved shall be restricted to those waste codes as listed therein. The amendment sought would amend this condition to include additional waste types and corresponding EWC codes which may be accepted at the facility - 38 No. additional waste codes added. (amended description to reduce the number of proposed EWC codes)
