Full proposal: Proposed Discharge of Condition 20 on Planning Application LA08/2019/1663/F. Condition 20 states - Prior to the commencement of operations hereby permitted the works necessary for the improvement of a public road shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The details shall be in broad conformity as those set out on Drawing Number46 date stamped 28th May 2020. The applicant shall furnish the Council with such agreement or consent required under The Private Streets (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 as amended by the Private Streets (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 prior to the development hereby permitted commencing operations. All works determined shall be completed in accordance with approved plan prior to the opening of the Tourist venue.
