Full proposal: Proposed Discharge of Condition 10 on planning application LA08/2019/1396/F. Condition 10 states - Prior to any development commencing on site a Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. This shall identify all potential risks to the adjacent watercourse and appropriate mitigation to eliminate these risks. Appropriate areas for the storage of construction machinery spoil fuels/oils refuelling areas. The approved CEMP shall be adhered to and implemented throughout the construction period in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the council.
