Full proposal: Provision of fibre broadband cable to include excavation of 5m long track from cable box in the footway on Downshire Road to the base of the existing elevation at the left hand corner of the Old Technical School Building at a depth of 0.4 metres below ground level. A 10mm core will be made from outside the building through existing mortar approx. 600mm above ground level to allow the cable to enter the building. The core will then be sealed and the 'elephants foot' and conduit painted black to match the existing water goods
