Full proposal: Permission under this application is being sought for the change of a window NW1 into a double door the change of NED2 to become a window and the change of window NW10 into a door. NW1 is currently provided to a kitchen within a new build extension to the rear elevation of Demesne House a listed building facing onto a tennis court. NW10 is located within an infill extension to the ancillary building at the back of the property. Visually the window is located to the very rear of the principal elevation of the property. These minor changes of infill wall window and door are located in new build elements and do not impact directly on the historic fabric of the listed building.
