Full proposal: Discharge of Conditions 5 and 6 on LA08/2019/1076/F Condition 5 states - Prior to the development proceeding a minimum of two rounds of groundwater sampling shall take place from suitable borehole locations on the application site. Samples should be determined for a suitable suite of compounds and screened against generic acceptance criteria (GAC) protective of the water environment and of human health. Results should be submitted in writing to the Planning Authority for agreement. In the event of unacceptable risks being identified these shall be fully investigated in accordance with the Model Procedures for the Management of Land Contamination (CLR11). Condition 6 states - Works shall not commence until a detailed remediation strategy to address all unacceptable risks to receptors identified at Condition 5 has been submitted in writing and agreed with the Planning Authority. This should identify all unacceptable risks the remedial objectives / criteria and the measures which are proposed to mitigate them (including maps / plans showing the remediation design implementation plan detailing timetable of works remedial criteria monitoring program etc.).
