Full proposal: Consent is sought for restoration of historic fabric of the main house including externally - repairs to stonework rainwater goods chimneys roofs sash windows and a lay light; and internally - repairs to floors walls ceilings and doors; alongside some internal reconfiguration to provide an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Consent is also sought for demolition of an inappropriate modern stairwell extension and removal of various inappropriate internal fixtures including poorly fitted kitchen and sanitaryware. All works are intended to facilitate modern living whilst conserving valuable historic fabric.
