Condition 3 states - Prior to development commencing details of storm drainage for the site during construction and operational phases shall be submitted to and approved by the Council and thereafter implemented. Storm drainage of the site during construction and operational phases must be designed to the principles of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in order to prevent the pollution effects of storm water on Lough Neagh and Lough Beg SPA/Ramsar. Construction of SuDS should comply with the design and construction standards as set out in the SuDS Manual ? Construction Industry Research and Information Association (CIRIA) Report C753.
