Full proposal: Proposed Discharge of Condition 14 on LA08/2018/0996/F. Condition 14 states - No development activity including ground preparation or vegetation clearance shall take place until a Final Construction and Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The approved CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved CEMP unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. The CEMP shall include the following: a. Procedures to be employed to ensure excavations are not left uncovered or without a means of egress overnight; b. Measures to be employed to ensure no buildings or storage units are left open overnight; c. Procedures to be adopted to ensure safe storage of poisonous or potentially harmful substances or materials overnight.
