Full proposal: Works to existing 1950s roofs of the courtyard buildings comprising :- Replacement of existing corrugated asbestos fibre cement sheeting with new asbestos free corrugated fibre cement sheeting. Replacement of all lead flashings with new lead flashings. Repair of existing cast iron rainwater goods with replacement of sections beyond use. Removal of existing non-historic rooflights. Splice repairs to existing roof structure. Insertion of new thermal insulation. Replacement of modern painted plywood ceilings with plasterboard bonding and skim. Removal of the existing modern (c1950s) lean-to roof abutting the north east range of the courtyard.
