Break-throughs for pedestrian access at existing perimeter wall on Lonsdale Road not to be formed. Associated resin-bound gravel at pedestrian access routes to be omitted. 9. Proposed trees adjacent to council operated car park entrance to be omitted and areas to be landscaped. 10. Existing trees at corner of Lonsdale Road / Lisanally Lane junction to be omitted. 11. Locations of cycle stands and smoking shelter adjacent courtyard access road to be swapped. 12. Stepped paving added to resolve site levels at edge of rear car park access route. 13. Repair / reinstate existing railing along Lisanally Lane missing or damaged sections occur and paint to match existing finish.
