Full proposal: Housing development: Application to vary the wording of Condition 07 of previous planning approval N/2014/0463F. Approved condition No 7:- A 4 metre wide landscape buffer shall be constructed as indicated on drawing No 20 date received 16th November 2016 prior to the construction of any development hereby permitted and retained in perpetuity. Trees or shrubs dying removed or becoming seriously damaged within 5 years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the Council gives written consent to any variation. New Condition requested:- The constructed 2.4 metre high earth embankment shall be retained as built in the location indicated as a landscape buffer on drawing No. 20 date received 16th November 2016. The earth embankment shall be landscaped within 12 months of the date of this permission in accordance with drawing no. 19 date received 16th November 2016 and retained in perpetuity.
