Condition 10 states - A final Construction and Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council by the appointed contractor prior to the commencement of any works on site. This shall reflect all the mitigation and avoidance measures detailed in the Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan (13th March 2019) and all additional submitted information. The final CEMP shall be adhered to and implemented throughout the construction period unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
