Full proposal: Variation to Planning Condition No. 2 of planning permission LA08/2016/1157/F for the Erection of new Further Education College Building and associated works- No operation in or from any building hereby permitted shall commence until hard surfaced areas have been constructed and permanently marked in accordance with the approved drawing 02 Rev 1 to provide adequate facilities for parking servicing and circulating within the site. It is intended to proceed with the car park layout as per the approved drawing 02 Rev 1 however when the new building is to open on 20/09/2020 with the current phasing arrangements there will be 119 car-parking spaces available of the 140 spaces planned. The remaining 21 spaces in front of the building will be in place for 22/09/2020 (approx 3 weeks later). The parking available throughout this construction project is indicated in the enclosed phasing drawings - this variation request relates to section 4:area 2 (drawing BAN-TOD-ZZ-DR-A-1012).
