Full proposal: Discharge of condition 3 of planning application LA08/2018/0035/F - A landscape management and maintenance plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Council prior to commencement of any works in site. The plan shall detail a 2-3m deep planting belt along the Nothern and North Eastern boundary with Ballymore Rectory as indicated in green on Drawing No. 01 date stamped 21st December 2017. The landscaping plan shall include details of all trees to be planted including species minimum heights understorey planting and canopy tree belt.
