Condition 7 - No development shall take place until a landscape plan showing full details of all proposed tree and shrub and hedge planting have been submitted and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The landscape plan shall include planting of native species as set out in pages 109-110 of Creating Places and a planting schedule to include details of the location spacing and numbers of all trees and shrubs with all trees and shrubs being planted at a height of not less than 1.5m high and permanently retained as such thereafter.
